Arizona Cardinals’ Patrick Peterson’s First Annual Celebs and Steaks Raises $125,000 To Benefit Greater Phoenix Area

Arizona Cardinals’ All-Pro cornerback Patrick Peterson welcomed over 150 guests to Donovan’s Steak and Chop House Monday evening for his First Annual Celebs and Steaks, raising $125,000 to benefit the Patrick Peterson Foundation for Success.
For just one evening, several Arizona Cardinals teammates and coaches, including Sam Acho, Lorenzo Alexander, Bruce Arians, Jake Arians, James Bettcher, Calais Campbell, Antonio Cromartie, Larry Fitzgerald, Rashad Johnson, Tyrann Mathieu, Carson Palmer, Kevin Ross, Frostee Rucker and Dan Williams, joined Peterson to dish out steaks instead of hits – all in the name of the Patrick Peterson Foundation for Success.
In addition to celebrity service from Peterson and Cardinals favorites, guests enjoyed Donovan’s Steak and Chop House select Red and White wines, delectable appetizers and three courses of world-class cuisine.
Fox Sports 910 Phoenix Sports Talk Host Jody Oehler emceed the evening and America’s Foremost Auctiontainer Letitia Frye helped raise funds through thrilling live and silent auctions.
“We’re definitely looking to help some kids that are in dire need of some help,” said Peterson. “It’s the first annual, and I’m very excited about it.”
Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Patrick Peterson Foundation for Success whose mission is to provide low-income and inner city youth with opportunities and resources to reach their full potential.
Funds will help fuel the programs of the Patrick Peterson Foundation for Success, including Shop with a Jock, Gearing Up, Pick Up a Book and Patrick’s Corner.
